Thai Yoga Therapy is performed with the client comfortably clothed on a special mat on the floor. Sessions usually last at least one hour and up to two and a half hours, while traditional Thai Yoga Therapy usually lasts two hours.
Do not eat for at least 1 hour before and after the session. Drink plenty of water afterward to help flush out any toxins that were released during the session.
