Thai Yoga Therapy is fluid-form bodywork incorporating assisted yoga-like stretches and deep muscle stretches along the body’s Sen or energy lines. The result is increased flexibility, joint mobilization, tension and stress relief, and body detoxification. Thai Yoga Therapy sessions are typically 90 to 120 minutes.

Thai Therapy for Two
This particular workshop is for cancer survivors only. Workshops are limited to 16 members/8 dyads.
This is a fun, safe, and stress-releasing class for patients paired with a family member or friend and/or pairs of friends affected by cancer. Thai Yoga Therapy (sometimes called “the lazy man’s yoga”) helps relieve tension and clear energy blockages, bringing the client a greater sense of relaxation and well-being.
Stacy Light, MA, LPC, will guide dyads through Thai Yoga techniques as they practice on each other. Please wear comfortable, loose clothing and refrain from eating 1-2 hours before the workshop.
